SNOW DAY

Finally some snow has hit Southampton! I've been hearing all over the news about places up north that have had snow, even over Christmas and was extremely jealous that we didn't get any :( but I held my hopes up and we finally got some! Forecasted until Sunday, which is a little worrying as I have to be in London monday morning for the second week of my internship, that's going to be fun! So today I woke up to a text from my over-excitable boyfriend saying he's going sledging, I thought "what?!" then I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked out of my window! Our whole garden and tree's were covered in snow, I text all of my housemates to get up and play, and we did!


This is Agnes, the snow cat. We were pretty pleased with the result! Isn't she a babe.



This is me trying to be cute in the snow, wasn't actually that cold surprisingly, all thanks to my new 75p wooly hat and 75p mittens! See here how I managed that.

My housemate noticed a small snowflake had fallen onto my eyelash! (please forgive me for my clumpy mascara  and smudged eyeliner) I got up in such a hurry and the snow had melted on my face causing everything to run! Also, what the hell are those lines underneath my eye? Wrinkles?! SURELY NOT!

So anyway, I took advantage of the snow to dress up to what I thought to be wintery, I threw on my new disco pant dupes that I wasn't so sure about before, I bought them with my christmas money after seeing Robyn Maydays post, I tried them on over christmas and they were SO tight, I got a size 14 thinking they would be a small cut anyway and they literally wouldn't do up at all! I got my size 10 housemate to try them on and they just about fit her but were a tiny bit baggy. But since christmas I've been eating healthily and lost about of xmas weight and now they fit perfectly! So pleased as I was going to sell them, glad I didn't now! Unfortunately the listing has ended so you can't buy them, but they were a steal at £7.99!
