So this week I received my first ever invite to London fashion week, which as you all know is one of the hottest events on the fashion calendar, and it's not only a privilege, but also a big dream of mine to attend! So I am so lucky to have been invited to the Jena Theo show next friday.

This is the cover for the ticket, it's so fun and quirky! Much like Jena Theo's designs, check out their website the past few collections have been so up my street, lots of galaxy digital prints and really bright colours with dripping down prints and flowers! So so nice.

Jena Theo is a collaboration of two designers, Jenny Holmes and Dimitris Theocharidis, a mixture of English and Greek. Both designers studied at London College of Fashion and prior to their label together, Jenny worked as a buyer and Dimitris worked freelance for various British and Greek fashion companies.

“We love to make timeless, covetable clothing for the owner to treasure forever. We work with soft sculpture around the female silhouette in luxurious fabrics and artistic finishings.”

Here are my favourite pieces from the S/S13 collection, what do you think?

The designers ideal client would be a confident and daring girl, who loves to wear clothes that show she is unconventional and powerful. Their collections remind me alot of Topshop and H&M trend, very fun artistic pieces with quality in mind.

“This season we want to subtly warp the established idea of beauty. We're taking classic silhouettes and making them more abstract. We've also worked on a beautiful floral design which is a new direction for us. We're continuing to challenge preconceptions in nature and looking at subject matter that at first glance seems vibrant and beautiful, but on closer inspection, has a darker edge.”

Music has a huge influence on their designs. Jenny is a classically trained pianist and flautist and these talents lend a meticulous, yet expressive edge to her approach to the design process. Jenny and Dimitris' current favourite is the Gaslamp Killer, whose wide eclectic sampling of a broad spectrum of musical styles, from psychedelic rock to world music, captures a lot of what the label is about: the mix of heritage and the juxtaposition of old and new.”

Here are some images from the Pre AW13/14 collection, I think in these images you can really see the H&M style creep in, if any of you are fans of H&M Divided you can see the resemblance here alot! I love the whole collection, it is so unique and I'm very excited to see the show!
