First of all I apologize for how moody I look in these photos, smiling just isn't my thang. I recently saw Megan from whatsnewpussycat Saturday shopping outfit post where she sported some statement jeans and after a lot of digging around in my wardrobe I found these Topshop Boutique patchwork boyfriend jeans I won on eBay a few months ago. I wasn't sure at first as the 'Boyfriend' style in theory, doesn't suit my figure/height ratio (my thighs being the widest part of my body and I'm only 5ft5) but teamed with some heeled chelsea boots, they didn't look all that bad.
I live in H&M divided basics and this grey bodysuit complements my figure in these jeans (the trick with Boyfriend jeans is not to wear baggy tops!) I've been neglecting my Topshop faux fur black gilet this year, January/February weather hasn't been kind and dry so sleeved coats are a must! However today the weather was that 'just right' blue sky chill kinda day. I love these statement jeans, I won them in a very ferocious bidding war on eBay, I eventually got them for £28 which is pretty good considering they're Topshop Boutique! The fedora is from ASOS.
