I thought I'd share this portrait pic with you as I'm sporting the if-i-tilt-my-head-my-hair-looks-longer pose. I've been taking my sea kelp tablets quite often lately and they seem to be working, I couldn't tell you for sure if it's actually grown by any cm's but I've noticed my finger nails have strengthened. If you've never heard of sea kelp before, it's a 'good'n natural' herbal tablet derived from seaweed that supports weight management and acts as a food supplement, but has other benefits too such as the reason I'm using it, hair growth! The internet is awash with women claiming it ACTUALLY works and I've had several good reactions with friends trying the product. So I'll continue to use it for a few more months and report back!
I was just writing an article about hair care/growth and horsetail pills after about 3 months work and make it healthier + silica complex pills for hair, skin and nails because they're max strength. x
have you used them then? I'll try anything to make my hair grow quicker! it's at that awful not short-but not long length :( x
